Google Paid Search Ad Campaign
REM Sleep and Emotional Memory Literature Review
UniTask: Campus-Based Errand Sharing App
Developed and managed Google Paid Search Ads to promote and raise awareness for the College of Arts and Sciences. Targeted prospective students using a $1,300 budget over the course of three months, resulting in 4,155 clicks, 52,362 impressions, and a 7.94% click-through rate. Conducted keyword research and Google Trends analysis to create and refine ads through an iterative, data-driven process across three rounds of optimization.
As part of my Advanced Research Methods in Behavioral Neuroscience course, I co-wrote a literature review exploring how REM sleep affects emotional memory processing and its connection to PTSD and other psychiatric disorders. The project involved reviewing EEG, fMRI, and neurochemical studies to understand how REM helps regulate emotional memories and promote mental health. We also highlighted study limitations and proposed future research directions, including wearable technology and sleep-based clinical interventions.
As part of a business innovation project at the Knauss School of Business, I co-developed UniTask, a peer-to-peer campus errand sharing app that connects students needing quick favors with peers seeking flexible income. I helped design the business model, outlining revenue streams including commissions, urgency fees, and subscriptions, and created the go-to-market strategy focusing on campus ambassadors, social media outreach, and partnerships with universities such as USD, UCSD, and SDSU.
